Start slow and create the infrastructure needed to support a full fledge web site and customer base. Tie all the various social media components together to create synergies. Start off with SCDiehl Consulting Services and find small contracting or part-time work to build up the Services Portfolio SCDiehl Consulting will provide the initial funding to start Diehl Vacation Properties.

Every business has a beginning, my adventure started 9/01/2023. It will take me several weeks to get the basics in place prior to creating any informative pages, posts, and/or Blogs. So bear with me. My story has just begun.

Hi my name is Steven Curtis Diehl (SCDiehl) and I will be your host as we explore ways to make money in the virtual world, our new reality.
I have over 40 years in the computer industry as developer, DBA, project and program manager. I plan on using off-the-shelf tools and technologies that everyone has at their disposal to participate in the virtual economy.
I will do some part-time consulting work and development I explore the Gig economy in preparation for semi-retirement.

Meet my avatar, Steel Deal I know, somewhat younger and with no glasses. My avatar will be prevalent in my social media sites (Facebook, twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.) as I try to tie multiple sites together into my marketing strategy to increase visibility and conversion rates.

Have fun and explore my website, the Newsletter option isn't active yet, but that is on my list of infrastructure tasks to complete prior to creation of the first Diehl Vacation Properties page. I was thinking that a Welcome Newsletter with a list of coming attractions would be appropriate until I get everything in place to generate meaningful content. It would allow me to test out the process with a real world use case.
